Landscape is the first album by the band Landscape, released in 1979. It contains ten instrumental tracks with a jazz-funk influence. The album was reissued in 1992 on the Mau Mau Records label. This CD also includes Landscape's second album From the Tea-rooms of Mars. The album was reissued again in November 2009 on the Cherry Pop label. This CD also includes Landscape's final album, Manhattan Boogie-Woogie.

Danny Katz (born 1960s) is a Canadian-born, Jewish Australian columnist and author who writes for The Age and the Sydney Morning Herald. His column was syndicated in The West Australian until its unexplained removal in 2016. He is the Modern Guru in the Good Weekend magazine. The band consists of Joey Busse (lead vocals), Andrew Slutsky (lead guitar, keys, vocals), Dan Wywrot (rhythm guitar), Danny Katz (bass) and Jake Cooper (drums). Their first EP "Word of the Week" was recorded in June 2009. Their inspiration ranged from Fall Out Boy, The Cab, The Rocket Summer, to John Mayer. Katz is a common German and Ashkenazi surname. Germans with the last name Katz may originate in the Rhine River region of Germany, where the Katz Castle is located.
