The tour was in support of their sixth studio album, 747 (2014) that began on February 28, 2015, in Oslo, Norway, and concluded on October 3, 2015, in Las Vegas. On January 6, 2015, while appearing on The Talk, the trio first announced the tour with cities being announced shortly after.

Nothing very special, no super special effects or scene, but if you like the band, you will like the show. They best hits are here, songs are overall good, it doesn't make a long-live impassion, but it is worth your 1 h 45 min on the best possible screen and sound system. Overall, "Wheels Up Tour" is more for fans. It is not a very great concert, but a solid one for fans. As there isn't mainly any scenography, the performances by the trio is solid

They performed at 65 separate venues. The tour concluded in Las Vegas on Oct 3, 2015.
