The 1998 formation of The Dearhunters brought Sydney, Australia another dose of country soaked pop. With former Clouds guitarist Jodi Phillis and ex-Verys bassist Tim Oxley providing the dual male-female vocal harmonies, Greg Hitchcock (guitar) and Raph Whittingham (drums) completed the musical package of hauntingly, bittersweet ballads.
