I believe the next generation of music is upon us, and the breakout genre of music is pop-punk, this revolution starts with this amazing Listen And Forgive album by Transit. A record label notorious for its signing of generic metal core acts. I, at first dismissed the band thinking they would fit into the mold of another metal core act. But when l first listened, l didn't enjoy it but after several listens i started to hear the amazing passion from vocalist Joe Boynton and when l listened to the instruments,.

Listen & Forgive. You Can't Miss It (It's Everywhere).

Listen & Forgive’ is more than worthy of the hype surrounding it. Having been written off as a Man Overboard novelty act in the past, Transit have let their music do the talking and written an album bursting with catchy hooks, infectious melodies and – as always – huge sing alongs. Throughout the rest of the album, Transit ooh and ahh their way through a remarkable 40 minutes, presenting us with twelve of the best songs they have ever written. This is an incredible album, but I still feel like they have a lot more to give.

Rise Records’ new-comers Transit just released their debut album Listen & Forgive on October 4th, and they bring a new meaning to the term pop-punk. I have to admit, I’m not a huge listener to this style, but this record is definitely catchy and could easily calm me down after watching an MMA fight. If anyone listened to them before this release, they would probably be unfamiliar with this new sound. Listen definitely has a softer direction than their previous releases on other labels, which makes it a perfect fit for a study album
