Dynamite Boy was a pop punk band from Austin, Texas. They comprised Sean Neil, Dusty Kohn, Adrian Munoz and Sam Rich. Allegedly, they disbanded in 2005 after a ten-year career, however due to recent posts on the band's MySpace this is unsure. They have been reuniting for one-off shows between 2006 and 2008
No, Dynamite Boy is straightforward music for the kids, with some ambitious forays into middle tempos. Piano and power pop tinge "Photograph," while "Waiting for Erin" is a surging anthem with guest vocals from Cruiserweight's Stella Maxwell. Though Dynamite Boy seems to tire a bit down the stretch, it recovers for the strong closer "Long Since Forgotten. Maxwell's guest vocals again mesh wonderfully with Sean's earnest lead, and the song's Jawbreaker changes tingle with energy.

By June '99, Dynamite Boy was at Paramount Recording Studios in Hollywood, CA recording their long-awaited 2nd cd with producer Jim Goodwin (Face To Face, Guttermouth, Voodoo Glow Skulls). The cd, entitled "Finders Keepers" hit the streets . After releasing one more album in 2004, Dynamite Boy disbanded in 2005.
