Don't be fooled by the simplicity of the place. Hong Kong Chicken boosts that it sells authentic Chinese Hakka salted chicken, so I bought half a chicken. The chicken looked pretty. The meat was lean and not dry. The trademark of salted chicken is that it will taste better the next day (more marination?). This one was, though the meat dried out quite a bit the next day.
