The variety of styles includes jazz, pop and Dixieland, but whatever the style, it's all familiar territory, and soothing while engaging. Faves include the jazzy take on the Sesame Street theme, "Sing" and the duet with Mr. Hoots on "Put Down the Duckie. Maybe it ain't easy bein' green, but McGrath makes it seem like it is. Hello from Bob McGrath!

Robert Emmet McGrath (born June 13, 1932) is an American singer, musician, actor, voice artist, and children's author best known for playing original human character Bob Johnson on the long-running educational television series Sesame Street. Along with series matriarch Susan Robinson, played by Loretta Long, Bob had been one of the two longest-lasting human characters on the series since the show's debut.

Robert Emmet "Bob" McGrath (b. June 13, 1932 in Illinois) has been playing the role of Bob Johnson as a member of the cast of Sesame Street since the show's inception in 1969 (and later in online content). Bob McGrath first became interested in music at the age of 5; his immediate family acquired a piano when his grandmother moved into another house.
