also known as Pegasus) was the name of the joint project between . NASA and the United States Air Force to study the Tesseract and harness its power. In the 1980s, project leader Wendy Lawson, who was in reality a Kree named Mar-Vell, used the Tesseract's energy to create the Light-Speed Engine in an attempt to end the Kree-Skrull War. Following Mar-Vell's death in 1989, the project was terminated.
or Gary Glitter) is the title of Gary Glitter's third studio album, which was released in 1975. The album was an attempt by Glitter to change his musical direction from the usual heavy glam rock he had been recording. It was produced by Mark Munro, unlike Glitter's previous efforts which were done by Mike Leander.

G-Man is a live album by American jazz saxophonist Sonny Rollins. It was recorded at an outdoor concert on August 16, 1986, held at Opus 40 in Saugerties, New York. The concert was filmed for a documentary about Rollins, directed by Robert Mugge, before being released on record in November 1987 by Milestone Records.
G-Man had to wait until the Resistance was strong enough to actively take back the Cities (. when they developed working teleport technology). G-Man then releases Gordon from stasis, maybe for the good of humanity, but probably for his own purposes which I have no way of speculating on. That's just my theory though, like others have said there isn't really an "agreed upon" theory.
