Winds of Change is the debut album by Eric Burdon & the Animals, released in October 1967. The original band, the Animals, broke up in 1966 and this band was entirely new except for lead singer Eric Burdon and drummer Barry Jenkins, who joined the original lineup when John Steel left in February 1966.

The Fureys Finest 1987.
The Fureys were brothers Eddie, Finbar, Paul and George Furey. They recorded with their friend Davey Arthur as The Fureys & Davey Arthur. After Davey left, they continued as The Fureys (or sometimes The Furey Brothers). Finbar left the band to launch a solo career in 1996. Davey has returned to the band on and off over the years. Paul died suddenly in 2002, Eddie and Paul have continued to play together (sometimes with Davey). Members: Eddie Furey, Finbar Furey, George Furey, Paul Furey.

The prophetically titled Winds of Change, released in September 1967, offered ten stellar examples of this new songwriting approach, along with a heavy cover of The Rolling Stones' "Paint It Black. Lead single "San Franciscan Nights" encapsulated the Summer of Love in what became a top ten hit for the new band (and helped get them on the bill for the seminal Monterey Pop Festival). I have this album on vinyl and wanted to see any difference with the cd. The sound quality if great.
Wind of Change is the first solo album by English musician Peter Frampton. It was released in 1972. This album features appearances by Ringo Starr, Billy Preston and Klaus Voormann. Peter Frampton decided to remain with Humble Pie's . label A&M, and assembled an impressive supporting cast including Ringo Starr, Billy Preston, Spooky Tooth members Mick Jones and Mike Kellie, and former Herd member Andy Bown, for his first solo effort following his departure from Humble Pie in 1971.
