Europe '72 is a live triple album by the Grateful Dead, released in November 1972. It covers the band's tour of Western Europe in April and May that year, and showcases live favourites, extended improvisations and several new songs including "Jack Straw" and "Brown Eyed Women". The album was the first to include pianist Keith Godchaux and his wife, Donna Jean Godchaux, and the last to feature founding member Ron "Pigpen" McKernan, who died shortly after its release.

Europe '72, Vol. 22: May 26th, Lyceum Theatre, London, England: The last night. As much the band could be forgiven for being exhausted and ready to go home, they brought their A-game and played what many consider to be one of the top two or three shows on the tour. A 19 song first set (!) ends with the usual second set closer ‘Not Fade Away GDTRFB Not Fade Away’, and the set also included a 17 minute ‘Playing In The Band’, the show at which ‘Playing’ became the 17-25 minute jam vehicle it would be for the rest of 1972 through 1974  . Lyceum Theatre, London, England.

This is the individual release for the final show of the band's Europe '72 tour which was first released in Europe '72: The Complete Recordings. The Truckin' and Morning Dew from this show will be well known to anyone who owns the original Europe '72 album. Getting to hear the entire Truckin' jam in high end sound quality is a dream come true. The rest of the show is fantastic too.
