Chroma was American Pop-punk group Cartel’s first studio album, released under The Militia Group. Chroma was recorded after former bassist Ryan Roberts left the band, and was replaced by Jeff Lett. According to the band members in a Q&A session, Matter of Time was supposed to be Number 8, right before The Minstrel’s Prayer. After Matter Of Time became a massive hit, the label told Cartel to move it up, and that’s how it ended up fourth on the tracklist.

Chroma is the debut studio album by the American rock band Cartel. Formed in mid-2003, they self-released an EP the following year. Shortly afterwards founding guitarist Andy Lee left the band and was replaced by Nic Hudson. The album sold 3,000 copies in its first week and charted at number 140 on the Billboard 200 chart.
