Peaches and Crime are tapping into a new genre that might be called dark Americana. On their new CD, Do Bad Things, they take us back to Victorian and Edwardian Vaudeville to celebrate some dark and funny territory. The CD is structured like a turn of the 20th century vaudeville show, complete with introductions by master of ceremonies Daniel Z. Black (real name: Daniel Schwartz) and vocals by the mysterious Angie Diamond (in real life, Schwartz’ wife Angela) and Ms. Abigail Pins. Julia Adams,) along with Young Catherine (Cat Macdonald), who also plays clarinet well, there’s a prison work song called Death Row Swing, a klezmer tune that is highly danceable about a violent enforcer in Eastern Europe called Herschel Ganev.

Peaches and Crime, known for their old timey and dramatic flourishes, have released Do Bad Things, yet another astounding album that takes you on a journey of sound and emotions with colorful characters, riveting stories and even comedy skits as a preface to their dark sense of humor that shines through every song, courtesy of lyricist Daniel Schwartz. His wife, Angela Schwartz transforms these sagas into many diverse musical escapades. The impressive vocal prowess of Angie Diamond soars atop the musical anecdotes of lost love, tall tales and even crime and punishment.

Love Is No Crime is the third studio album of German band Bad Boys Blue. It was released on 12 October 1987 by Coconut Records. The album includes one international hit "Come Back And Stay". Two singles were released from the record: "Come Back And Stay" and "Gimme Gimme Your Lovin' (Little Lady)". Come Back and Stay" – 7:35. If You Call On Me" – 3:32. Victim Of Your Love" – 4:29. Love Is No Crime" – 3:35. Gimme Gimme Your Lovin' (Little Lady)" – 3:49. I Remember Mary" – 4:57.
